After graduating from Leeds Beckett University in 1998, Debbie began her career in finance where she worked as a Credit Control Officer for Educational Support Services.

Having acquired a wealth of financial information and budgeting knowledge, Debbie went on to work in two of the region’s most renowned accountancy firms. With more than 17 years’ experience in the sector, in 2008 Debbie decided to combine her extensive knowledge and financial expertise to establish Tender Management Consultancy alongside her husband Jim. In addition to leading the team, Debbie’s role consists of financial management including purchasing, accounting, account management and business development. Current clients range from SMEs to national and international leading companies.
